Decide Who Will Install Your Flooring

• DIY – If you plan on doing it yourself, it makes sense to watch a how-to video like this one from the DIY Network before you get started. It is possible for you to install the flooring yourself, but if this is your first time you may want to watch the tutorial and calculate how much time you have available. The main advantage of installing the flooring yourself is the amount of money you save.

• Hire A Contractor – You may wish to have licensed, insured professionals handle the flooring installation for you. The advantage of this is your flooring will be professionally and efficiently installed, saving you time and the headache of having to deal with unexpected complications in measuring and installing the flooring.
